1. More than 5 years" HR management experience in manufacturing environment;
2. 35 years or older
3. Good computer operation skills; Good command of English;
4. Good interpersonal skills, aggressive personality, powerful and open mind-set; mature and can work under presure;
5. Familiar with China HR Regulations, Labor law and its related regulations;
6. have a clear long-term HR strategic thinking, experienced ability to solve HR-related problems
