--Arrange off-line rework station operators daily work and cooperate with relative Dpt.,complete daily repairing target
--Make and handle training planning,train on&off-line rework operators’ skill and electronic knowledge
--Learn&handle new products relative knowledge and transfer to on&off-line rework station operators,ensure the new procuctsMP normally
--Support p-line when p-line have abnormal issue and analyze the reason,suggest short term with floorTE,QE together
--Audit off-line rework station equipment status and coordinate with relative Dpt. to repair,assure the equipment are all good
