- University graduate majored in English, Business Administration or HR preferably
- Experienced in personnel and administration from an international company
- Fluent written and spoken English, together with Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Strong organizing abilities
- Familiar with PC operation, Windows Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally a proven track record in working with the local government & SA8000 implementation
