复合纯PU是由一层环保TPU薄膜与TPU热熔胶复合而成。本系列产品优点是加工温度低，加工速度快，生产效率比单层TPU胶带高很多。产品具有环保、耐油、耐寒、、耐水洗、干洗等特点。对于各种PU、PVC涂层面料或制品有较强粘着力和较高防水抵抗力。由于使用温度低，对面料会起到保护不易烧坏作用，并且会使生产速度提高。复合纯PU广泛应用于各种高档功能性运动服装: 鞋材、背包、帐篷以及各种防水制品。
Composite TPU Seam Sealing Tape consists of two layers: A environmental friendly
TPU film and a specially developed Hot Melt Adhesive Film. The great advantage of Composite TPU Tape is that it has a Low application temperature and a High processing speed, which can largely improve the seam sealing efficiency comparing to using the
ordinary single layer TPU Tapes. Also, it inherits ordinary TPU Tape's properties
such as its excellent low temperature resistance, oil resistance, folding resistance,
dry cleaning resistance, washability, wearability and tensile strength. It shows
optimum water resistance and adhesive force to all kinds of PU, PVC coating
fabrics and its associated products. Benefiting from its low application temperature,
fabrics and its the fabrics can be avoided scorching the coating during manufacturing.
Composite TPU Seam Sealing Tapes are extensively used in seam sealings of premium
functional sportswears, shoes, backpacks, tents and various waterproof products.
